The Red Shell Story

There is a popular Nintendo game that involves Kart racing and powerups. If a player falls far enough behind, they are likely to receive the red shell. The red shell is essentially a heat-seeking missile that goes after the player in front of them. It's one of the most legendary weapons in any video game. Our name may or may not be based on that weapon. . .

We believe that technology and process automation allows any company to benefit from advantages previously only available to the fortune 500.  The right people, processes and technology can level the playing field for any ethical, purpose-driven business.

My Personal Story

Personal Pictures

The first 24 years of my existence were very rough. Both of my parents suffered from drug addiction. I spent time in foster homes, sleeping in cars, and living in homeless shelters. By age 15 I was on my own. I was allowed to make my own decisions and I made some very poor decisions. I eventually turned my life around, gave up my worst habits, went back to school, and found success.

It's important for me to acknowledge that I could not and did not do this alone. I had lots of help from family, friends, mentors and other resources. I am extremely grateful for my past and feel it is an honor and a duty to now help others while also helping myself.

In 2013 I was given a chance to work as a web developer for a small, local software company. I spent the next six years there wearing multiple hats and taking on several large initiatives. While I was there I was able to help the company implement marketing automation and several other systems. I worked on two of our most important differentiators on the product side. I led efforts to fully secure our products and make our security practices transparent. I also helped reduce the sales cycle from 87 to 59 days on average and my efforts contributed to 500% growth from the time I started to when we were acquired in 2019. In early 2020 I assisted in integrating our current Salesforce instance with the acquiring compnay's Salesforce instance. Several people involved said that our integration was the best integration of the previous eight they'd completed. I'm very proud of my accomplishments with this company and other companies but I want to give others the chance that I was given.

I  want to help businesses solve their most complex problems, but I also want to help individuals who are truly seeking a second chance. Owning my own business gives me a platform to do that. Our mission and core values are more than words on a website, they're part of who we are and what we want to accomplish.

Core Values

Accountability

We strive for no excuses. As individuals, we find the resources necessary to complete the task at hand. Lack of knowledge, ability, resources, etc. should not be a barrier. We’re a team that relies on each other. For this to work, communication is key.

Integrity

Your word should mean something. We strive to surround ourselves with people of integrity. Otherwise, we will never accomplish Trust, Accountability, or deliver value.

Trust

Honest, open, communication is vital. Praise should be given when praise is due, criticism should be given in a  professional way when needed. If we have an issue, we address it with someone who can help resolve it. Tasks should be delegated to trustworthy people and we should all be able to function with full trust that everyone is doing what needs to be done.

Inclusivity

It’s a requirement to be inclusive of people from all environments, backgrounds, genders, races, etc. We strive to employ a diverse workforce because we’re all part of humanity and we all work better in unity. We accomplish more when we tackle problems with different perspectives

Commitment to Deliver Value

It is our mission to deliver value to our customers and our community. We should individually strive to deliver value in all aspects of our lives. Completing a task is not enough. We should go above and beyond to deliver as much value as possible.
